Lakeside House tariffs are based on a per-room per-night rate for Bed and Breakfast and include VAT at 20%.

We have a 2 night minimum stay policy however, we try to be as flexible as we can. A three-night minimum booking during bank holidays and specified festival weekends applies.
Children are charged at the following rates: under 3 no charge, 4 -14 half normal tariff price, 15 and above full tariff price.
A 10% reduction applies to our double room rates for single occupancy in the event that our allocated single room is not available.
